Mix eggs and milk, gradually add flour…
450 degrees in preheated oiled tins for approx. 25 minutes
I made chicken quesadillas because it’s simple, tasty, and it was just Devin and I home tonight. I threw together some flour tortillas, sharp cheddar, seasoned chicken breast, and cilantro…..a side of pico de gallo….perfection.
